What we fix

Concrete that's cracking, spalling or worn out - back to a floor you can use.

We inspect the slab, tell you what's actually failing and what it'll take to fix, then do the work.

Cracks and jointsMovement joints, shrinkage cracks, spalled edges and broken-out sections cut, prepped and reinstated before they spread.
Traffic and loading areasWarehouse aisles, hardstands, ramps and loading zones repaired in stages so the site keeps running.
Coatings and finishesEpoxy, polyurethane, polished concrete and sealers - chosen for the traffic, chemicals and cleaning the floor actually sees.
Commercial and home concreteShopfit floors, driveways and house slabs. Same crew, smaller scale.
Services

Four kinds of work. One crew.

Tell us what's cracking, lifting, wearing through or ready for a new finish. We inspect the floor, write the method, price it, then do it.

Why MIA Remediation

Why people call us back.

Six things we get right that other concrete crews mostly don't.

We quote what we saw

We walk the slab before we price it. The quote describes the actual failure: joint, crack, spalling, movement, coating breakdown. Not a square-metre rate guessed off a photo.

We work around your operation

Forklifts, trucks and night shifts don't stop because the floor needs fixing. We stage the work so the site stays open.

We don't dodge the safe-work bit

Traffic plans, barricades, JSAs, induction. Done before the saw comes out, not after someone complains.

We pick the right repair, not the easy one

Semi-rigid filler vs. rigid grout vs. full cut-and-replace. The failure mode tells us which, not the budget line.

You always know what's happening

One contact, daily updates, photos at each stage. No chasing the office for an answer.

We leave the site how we'd want it left

Concrete dust, offcuts and signage cleared before we go. The finish gets walked through with you, not just emailed.

Frequently asked

What to know before the site visit.

What facility managers, builders and homeowners ask before they pick up the phone.

What type of concrete work does MIA Remediation handle?+

Cracked joints, spalling, slab remediation, resurfacing, polishing, decorative finishes, epoxy and polyurethane coatings, sealing, driveways and house slabs.

Do you inspect the site before quoting?+

Yes. Every job starts with a site visit. We need to see the slab, the access and how the site runs before we can price the work honestly.

Can you work around an operating site?+

Yes. Most of our work is on live sites. We stage the job around shifts, deliveries and aisles that need to stay open.

What happens after handover?+

We walk the finished floor with you against the agreed scope. If the surface needs ongoing care you get a short note on cleaning and when to reseal. Not a service contract pitch.
